Protein Pancakes

(serves 2)


Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

  • 1 small banana

  • 2 medium eggs

  • Dash of coconut oil or olive oil for frying

 

 

Method

 

1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.

2. Heat the oil in a frying pan

3. Pour spoonfuls of the batter into the pan and cook on each side for a couple of minutes

4. Repeat with remaining batter.

 

 

To serve – a handful of berries and 1 tbsp Greek or natural yoghurt
