As part of my nutritional toolkit I like to test. Sometimes it might just be a question of asking your GP for a specific blood test but other times it might be that a private laboratory test is recommended. Popular laboratory tests that I run in clinic include DUTCH hormone testing and food inflammation tests. One of my favourites however is genetic testing. The beauty of a DNA test is that it never changes so you will only ever need to test once. Nutrigenomic testing gives us an understanding of how our life choices interact with what makes us tick, so we can make positive changes that align with our genetics and optimise our health and wellbeing. It is a simple cheek swab and gives us a wealth of information.

Once you purchase the report(s) you will be sent the DNA test kit in the post. The DNA test is a simple, non-invasive mouth swab that is easy to do at home and is simply sent back to the laboratory in a prepaid envelope. Results generally take approximately 4 weeks from receipt of the sample. You will receive an email when the report is ready and we can then book the consult to go through the results.
