Matcha Shake

Ingredients 

  • 1 tsp matcha green tea powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract, optional

  • 250ml almond milk / coconut milk

  • 1 scoop / 25-30g protein powder vanilla

  • 1 small banana ideally cut up and frozen

 

Method

Place all the ingredients in a blender and process, enjoy!
