Introduction
We’re back! This is your 9-day Winter Reboot to re-energise and uplift you as we ease into the New Year! Let’s take control and regain a sense of balance. This is a results driven plan designed to reset insulin and blood sugar, re-balance hormones, reduce inflammation, and generally make us feel lighter and brighter.
As always, the meals are balanced to support metabolism and energy. The focus is on the type and quality of protein, fat and carbs and on the variety of micronutrients. The plan is full of whole and fresh food with a big emphasis on plant-based foods. We cook from scratch. We keep it simple and we make it delicious.
