Huge thank you for a second fab detox Laura! Once again delicious and nutritious recipes. Hubby has enjoyed his evening meals and has suggested we put our top 15-20 recipes together to form the basis of our weeknight meals - sounds good to me! Last day for me! Time to reveal the highs and lows of a Laura ‘detox’. Highs: citrus smoothie, Morroccan stew, red pepper soup and almond and cinnamon porridge. The breakthrough at day 6, the leaner feel, the hubby who is almost a stone lighter and the feeling we are doing some good. Lows: day 2-5, the cracking 3 day headache and the feeling like a drug addict in rehab. Quinoa flakes and green tea 😬. The realisation that sugar is so incredibly bad. In summary, I am really very proud of me and my hubby for doing this to our bodies. I feel so much more educated in nutrition and armed with knowledge to help take me and my family forward to provide an even more healthier life style. Thank you so very much Laura for all you help support inspiration guidance and motivation.

Good luck with the rest of the detox everyone. I’ve just finished my flexi-detox and LOVED it! I couldn’t quite make the dates of the planned detox work for me, so this option has been perfect. The food has been fab, just took me a few days to get my head around the prep and cooking. But feel great, sleeping well and my skin looks really clear. This detox has been a real eye opener, have loved the recipes and the support received on here has been fantastic, especially when I felt like crap on Sunday! I am also loving how I’m feeling and the fact that I have lost 3.1kg!

Sounds like we’ve def dropped a few pounds between us! I have just spoken to someone who pretty much followed the plan to the book and has lost 7 pounds. It just shows guys. If weight is your thing then use this as your motivation. Kick start that healthy regime !! Never too late

Thanks Laura, my second detox has been a success. I’ve loved everyday this time as I’ve not really suffered too much, I’m keeping up clean eating for sure as it seems to work for me instead of a fad diet having lost 10lbs- I’m thrilled and need to keep losing! Jacks enjoyed the evening meals with me. My Faves: chia pudding with lime & apple, banana porridge, berry Bircher with lime, frittata & slaw, veggie chilli & salmon with garlicky greens. I also loved the pesto! Until next time..... well done all x

Detox Highs: Clear skin, lost 3kg, feel sprightly and don’t feel the need to have a coffee to give me energy, fantastic recipes, increased awareness of nutrition, great support on the FB page. Detox Lows: Feeling a bit lethargic on day 5.....but this is part of the process I guess! The detox has certainly enhanced the power of clean eating. Something I’m going to stick to on an 80/20 basis. Well done to everyone! When is the next detox, I’m looking forward to it already!

Last day for me ☹️. Once again a great detox Laura and believe me I needed it after burning the candle at both ends for second half of 2016. What a great way to start the year! Interesting how a detox can be different each time - I found it much easier this time (no real headaches or lulls) but possibly this was because I had kept up some of the good habits from last time (lemon water, daily smoothie with seed mix and green supplement, and kale became my new BFF) plus I’ve lost 5lb which is amazing !! Thanks again Laura and see you for the next one!

I have loved this detox. I’ve tried a ton of diets but have never felt they have suited me. I can’t say that about yours – it has truly been wonderful! Great advice, delicious food, easy to follow… the list goes on. I’ve had some awful gut complications over the last year and take insane amounts of meds but for the first time in 10 years I have felt great. Can’t thank you enough!

It’s been a bit of journey with highs- my PMT is much better this month I’ve hardly noticed it (which is brilliant) and I feel more alert and awake (which is also brilliant because I no longer feel like I want to sleep in meetings!). And lows-the day of the headache and chia pudding, I’m definitely not a fan! Thanks Laura for guiding me through this, I’m determined to keep on ‘clean eating’ for at least 80% of the time, but not this weekend because it my birthday and I’m dying for chips and cake!

Thank you Laura Arnold-Roberts your detox was amazing as always! After all the stress of what has happened over the last couple of months I had started to eat anything and everything in site. This made me put on a lot of weight which meant my clothes didn’t fit. I was also getting very sleepy and moody ! So after following your detox for the last 9 days I’m happy to say that I have lost 7lbs ! Can’t believe it plus it’s been so lovely eating fresh food that doesn’t take long at all to cook. Laura, thanks for leading such a fantastic detox. My third one since last year. The detoxes have changed my life, after two surgeries last year I was very inactive and put on a lot of weight, the first one helped me to reassess the way I was eating and I started changing my diet. The second detox helped me to prepare for my second surgery as it is perfect for anyone that is recovering and also after doing a lot of research it is perfect to combat the inflammation post surgery and helps to speed the recovery. I can thank you enough as I have already lost 1 1/2 stones and I’m feeling with a lot of energy all the time, plus my recovery is going better than expected. Thanks once again!

‘Laura’s reboot program was really a life changer for me.

My primary goal was to learn how to eat a healthy dietand to see if her program would help with my bloating and low energy. It took s few days to adjust to a different way of cooking, shopping and eating but it’s amazing what a difference it makes to eat a balanced diet. I am making better choices to ensure that I continue to live a healthier life.  My husband and daughter also participated. They had no choice since I do all the cooking at home. It was really interesting because every person responds differently to the program depending on the level of participation and the current condition of each persons body. My daughter (age 15)discovered that she was sensitive to dairy which we had always suspected but finally knew definitively.  Her acne also completely cleared up and her complexion was perfect. She was getting so many compliments!  My husband had been struggling with high blood pressure for several years and was about to go on daily medication. His bp was typically in the 140’s/90’s and it dropped after only a few days into the reboot  program into the 115/70 range. It was really eye opening to see that certain foods delivered in a balanced way could have such an impact. My husband was also very consistent about exercising at least 20-30 minutes every day. He had already committed to the exercising prior to starting the program so it really was the combination of the exercise and diet that made the difference.   Laura’s plan is now our lifestyle and although we don’t always adhere to it 100% it will remain as a permanent guideline for us to living a happier and healthier life’
