Crystal Healing Session 45Mins £45
During this Intuitive crystal healing session, beautiful crystalline energy will be used to assist you for your highest good at the time. Crystal Energy resonates with our own and can assist us in clearing unblocking realigning our stuck energy as well as raising your frequency giving you a much-needed lift or boost in energy. You will receive healing of two Chakras with the assistance of related crystals to clear blockages, you will also enjoy relaxation with Amethyst and an Aura Cleanse with selenite. This session will leave you feeling more relaxed, clearer lighter, balanced & grounded.
Relax, refresh & Reset 45Mins £45
During this session you will experience a deeply relaxing guided meditation followed by a curated combination of Relaxing Energy healing techniques aimed at resetting your nervous system, balancing your energy, allowing your body to enjoy being at peace and experience deep rest and reset. You will be left in a relaxed but still uplifted energy as well as feeling more aligned.
Chakra Balance 60 Mins £60
The session will start with a short relaxation meditation, then an intuitive scan of each chakra, followed by clearing of those most needed at the time (maximum 3). You will receive energy healing to balance and realign the flow of energy throughout your body as well as healing techniques to ground and lift your overall energy frequency. This session will conclude with an Aura Cleanse and Protection.
If you are booking a session, please ensure that you drink lots of water before and after the session to assist with the flow of energy within your body, as water is a fantastic conductor of energy frequencies. After any energy work it is advisable to take things easy for the next 24 hours, so the Retreat is the perfect opportunity to allow yourself to integrate the work that has been done.

As a certified Reiki Master teacher my purpose is to support and guide you on your life journey, through the use of channeled energy and guidance.
Our emotions are energy in motion and over time negative emotions and therefore energy gets stuck within our bodies, bringing our vibration down. These energy blocks cause us to feel out of balance, bring our moods down, create brain fog, depression, anxiety, emotional and physical pain to name but a few effects of negative energy build up.
We all hold stored emotions and can all benefit from Energy healing some more than others, anyone who has experienced particularly difficult emotional trauma will almost certainly benefit from energy work.
My offerings are healing sessions on a 1:1 basis as well as holding space for groups to come together in a safe container to raise their vibrations and experience Energy healing and healing & deeply relaxing guided meditations✨🙏🏼
