 Toast with Salmon ‘Mayo’ (DF, GF, LF)

  • Ingredients for the Salmon

  • 150g salmon fillet, skin removed

  • 1-2 tbsp Alpro Greek Yogurt

  • Squeeze of lemon

  • Pinch of salt and black pepper

 

  • Serve with …

  • 1 slice of Gluten free sourdough

  • Lots of green leaves

 

 

Method

  1. Toast the bread

  2. Meanwhile place all the salmon ingredients into a bowl and fork until you get the desired consistency

  3. Spread salmon onto your toast and serve with your choice of greens, enjoy!
