100-150g Smoked Mackerel fillets, skin removed
1-2 tbsp 0% fat Greek Yogurt
1/2 tsp Creamed Horseradish or Dijon mustard (optional)
Squeeze of lemon
Pinch of salt and black pepper

(Or other seeded sourdough)
Lots of green leaves
Method
Toast your bread
Meanwhile place all the pate ingredients into a food processor and process until you get desired consistency
Spread pate onto your toast and serve with your choice of greens
